These terms apply when you use Unique Tints services or website. We provide vehicle tinting, wrapping, paint protection and related services at our Auckland workshop, based on the agreed quote and scope of work.
Quotes are based on the vehicle and work described and may change if additional work or materials are needed. We will explain material changes before proceeding where practical. A booking is confirmed when we agree a date and service; please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact details and remove personal belongings before service. We take reasonable care of vehicles while they are in our workshop, but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or items left inside. Product care and warranty terms depend on the service and manufacturer instructions.
Payment is due as agreed at booking or on completion. Any concerns should be raised promptly so we can inspect and work with you on a fair solution. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law.
